The Optical Foundation is an ANBI:
your support makes eye care accessible

The Optical Foundation is recognized by the Dutch Belastingdienst as a Public Benefit Organization (ANBI). This means we are exempt from Dutch gift and inheritance tax on donations and bequests used for the public benefit. Your donation may also be deductible from your Dutch income tax, subject to the applicable conditions.

With your support, we make eye care more accessible in Ghana, especially for children. Your donation contributes to eye examinations, glasses and the education of future optometrists—helping children see clearly and strengthening local eye care for the future.

Would you like to know whether your donation qualifies for tax relief? Please consult the Dutch Tax Administration’s rules on charitable donations.

What is The Optical Foundation’s RSIN number?

The Optical Foundation’s RSIN (Dutch tax identification number) is RSIN: 814636330. You can use this number to identify the foundation when claiming eligible donations on your Dutch income tax return.
