The Optical Foundation would like to welcome two new board members: Charlotte Marbus and Dr Maria Markoulli from Australia!

Both Charlotte and Maria are no strangers to the foundation; they have both been helping our team for a while. 

Charlotte will join us as a general board member and will be focused on policies, marketing and fundraising. With her background in sales and marketing we couldn’t have asked for a better person for this position. 

Maria will join us as a research board member; she will lead our research teams in Ghana. With her extensive experience in research it is truly an honour to work with her. 

We are very excited to have Charlotte and Maria on our team, and we are proud to announce that The Optical Foundation is going international!
